Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
Registration Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be electronically mailed. Refund of registration fee will be as follows:
Note, in case of cancelation at any stage, Bank transfer admission fee (30 CAD) will not be refunded - applicable to Bank Transfer payments only.
- Cancellations received up and including July 21, 2014 – full refund.
- Cancellations received between July 22 and September 10, 2014 – 50% will be refunded.
- September 10, 2014– no refund will be made.
Bring a Colleague to SIOP 2014 and Win Free Registration
SIOP 2014 delegates stand to have their registration fees waived when they bring a colleague to the meeting. When your colleague registers, he or she should enter your name when prompted during the online registration process. All delegates who refer friends will be entered into a raffle. The congress secretariat will hold the raffle following the onsite registration deadline (September 21, 2014). The winner will be informed by email before the start of the congress. To be eligible to win, you must register to SIOP 2014 by September 21, 2014.
